Aljomaih Automotive Scoops General Motors’ Grandmasters Award for Its Excellent Services Offered to Cadillac, GMC and Chevrolet Customers

April 2019 - Aljomaih Automotive, one of the largest General Motors’ dealers for Chevrolet and GMC in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, and Cadillac's official dealer in the Kingdom, scooped General Motors’ prestigious Grandmasters award for the third consecutive year and the sixth time in eight years. The award is presented annually to GM’s “best of the best” dealers around the world for their excellent track record in sales, customer satisfaction and after sales services, particularly maintenance and spare parts.

Aljomaih Automotive received the award at a ceremony organized by General Motors in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The event was attended by a delegation comprising the company's board of directors and senior executives, Led by Shaikh Ibrahim Aljomaih, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of Aljomaih Automotive and Sheikh Waleed Aljomaih, Chief Operating Officer of Aljomaih Automotive.

Shaikh Ibrahim Aljomaih thanked Aljomaih employees for their efforts contributing to this award, which is another achievement added to the company’s successful record of accomplishment, and a clear indication of the company’s vision to achieve customers’ satisfaction and maintain their loyalty.

Based on international standards of excellence, winners are judged on sales, customer satisfaction, after sales service, quality of service and communications channels with customers at showrooms and service centers.
